There are no hidden fees at all. You will only pay the flat fee on a recurring, monthly basis for the duration of your subscription. All relevant taxes and other incidental charges (if any) are included in the one flat fee.
Which method of payment can I use?
At the moment we accept all major credit cards as a form of payment. We do not accept cash, cheques, money transfers, or Paypal as methods of payment for now.
Will there be a discount for multiple subscriptions to this service?
Absolutely. We offer a 10% discount when you add 2 or more subscriptions to your account. Contact us when you’re ready to add additional subscriptions and we’ll get it done.
How many design tasks can I work on each day?
As part of your monthly unlimited graphic design subscription, you are entitled to 2 tasks in progress for you at any given time. As tasks are being completed you’ll see them shift from being “In Progress” to “In Review” and you’ll see new requests getting started.

What are the stuff that you don’t do?
We don’t deal with outright branding for a business, UI (user interface) or UX (user experience) for application and website, motion graphic animation, long-form publication and a few others that we think are better off left to the experts in their respective fields.
